i might be talking abt style.sg for a bit in future... for those of u who knew me.. i always wanted to start a company, but i dun have all the resources to do everything by myself... now it sounded like someone might be interested in what we do and work together.. and here i am, not sure what to do... will we ever get to the stage where we got enough projects onhand to hire people? working together with partners sounds nice... at least don't have to worry about some sales or even think about the design. maybe working with design firms might be a good idea. got plenty of options... but definitely must think towards hiring 1 person to come in fulltime... or should i be the one? wondering what is the possibility? if no one goes full time, the company will never grow... but keeping just 1 person for fulltime.. we at least need to have a constant inflow of projects... which can be rather risky and tiring to do 1 after another... how will all these work out? how to not just work on a per project basis, but making it becoming passive income? sounds hard...
