Choose

Jos 24:15 But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your forefathers served beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD."

2Ki 18:32 Choose life and not death!

Pro 1:28-31 Then they will call to me but I will not answer; they will look for me but will not find me. Since they hated knowledge and did not choose to fear the LORD, since they would not accept my advice and spurned my rebuke, they will eat the fruit of their ways and be filled with the fruit of their schemes.

Pro 16:16 How much better to get wisdom than gold, to choose understanding rather than silver!

Joh 15:16 You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit--fruit that will last. Then the Father will give you whatever you ask in my name.

What will I choose? Life or death? Understanding or silver? Wisdom or gold? Whom I will serve?

Isa 29:13 The Lord says: "These people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship of me is made up only of rules taught by men.

Mat 15:8 'These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me.

Was the Lord saying me?

Psa 120:2 Save me, O LORD, from lying lips and from deceitful tongues.

Pro 12:22 The LORD detests lying lips, but he delights in men who are truthful.

Psa 17:1 Hear, O LORD, my righteous plea; listen to my cry. Give ear to my prayer-- it does not rise from deceitful lips.
