Promises

before i began, i want u to know that i accepted your apologies and we are moving on from here.

my parents weren't the best keepers for promises... when i was much younger, they said so much about bringing us to places, or buying things for us that just didn't happened... i was disappointed... overtime, i turned to some other people instead of them... overtime, other people brought me to what i was in the past, someone not many people liked... i didn't want to blame my parents for who i became, but they definitely didn't help by breaking all the promises they have made... it didn't matter if they broke one or two, but most of what they said, didn't happened... then it became, everything they said didn't come true, because its perception... perhaps, if you were the one waiting, and something impt didn't come true, you might be hurt too... if a broken promise could be settled with just a sorry, how about those promises of a lifetime, like being married together? to provide? to be honest? to always try? to be around? to not give up? to being patient? kind? to me, they are all the same... i take your word seriously too you know?

but i know... tonight you probably just forgot abt it... and you are forgiven... am sorry too, probably made too big a fuss over it... for something that look so small to you...
